This expertly formulated hue utilizes phthalo blue (green shade) and unbleached titanium dioxide white to replicate this now lost pigment. Our Manganese Blue Hue is a rich, deep blue, similar in value to other mineral blues like Cobalt and Ultramarine, but green-leaning in undertone and more opaque.
